私はリアと申します。ロンドン出身の英語教師で、現在はスペインを拠点に活動しています。約10年間、主に仕事や日常生活で英語を自信を持って使いたいと願う大人の方々を対象に英語を教えてきました。
教師になる前は、国際開発や公衆衛生などの分野でNGOに勤務していました。そのため、プロフェッショナルな環境や学術的・国際的な場面で大人と接し、複雑でニュアンスのある話題について議論することに非常に慣れています。思慮深い会話やユーモアを楽しみ、生徒が英語で自分を表現しやすい、穏やかで支援的な環境づくりを大切にしています。元の言語で表示する

教師として、私は大人たちが英語を使う上で具体的な進歩を遂げ、自信を持てるよう支援することに重点を置いています。授業を学校のような雰囲気にはしません。やる気があり、内省的で好奇心旺盛な方、型にはまった授業ではなく、魅力的で関連性のあるレッスンを求める方々と最も良い関係を築けます。
私はおしゃべりな内向型なので、生徒が話すだけでなく考えるための空間を作ることを大切にしています。間違いを犯すことが普通だと感じられ、着実に進歩を実感でき、時間の経過とともにコミュニケーションがより自然になるような雰囲気づくりを目指しています。多くの生徒が長期的に私と学び続けていますが、相性が良ければ短期的な目標や特定の目標のサポートも喜んで行います。 レッスン形式・教え方
レッスンはあなたのレベル、目標、興味に合わせてカスタマイズし、優先事項を一緒に決めます。授業では、必要に応じて実生活での会話と語彙・文法・正確性への集中的な学習を組み合わせて進めます。新しい言語を自然に定着させるため、定期的に復習や再活用の機会を設けます。明確なフィードバックと解説を提供し、必要に応じて任意の宿題や自主練習も喜んで提案します。
総合的な流暢さの向上、職場での自信、特定の目標達成など、どのような目的であれ、実際の場面でより快適かつ効果的に英語を活用できるようお手伝いすることが私の目標です。教材
