As an ESL Tutor, I get involved with each student's learning goal and walk with them to meet it. Understanding a student's proficiency is key and therefore I adjust my pace and style to suit each student's need. This I find creates a personalized environment for a student and improves the learning experience.レッスン形式・教え方
The lessons that I provide are free-talking and visual teaching aids. Free-talking is the easiest method for me to assess a student's proficiency.
