Learn Chinese/Taiwanese with Carl; he's funny, encouraging, and there are too many positive things to say about it.

小白上課認真幽默，對學生非常耐心，願意耐心聽學生表達再給教導，非常推薦。 Carl is attentive, patient and humorous in his instruction, a great teacher for both Mandarin and Taiwanese, highly recommended.

Carl is excellent, allowing me to tell stories so I can practice, correcting me where necessary, and participating in the conversation so it's a good back and forth interaction, like in real life.

Now my two older kids are taking his courses for 1 hr each! He's so amazing to keep their attention for a long time.

Had my first lesson with Carl, and it went very well. I was given time to listen and speak, learned a lot in the 30 minutes, and was given good pointers on how to progress. He was very patient and engaging, and would definitely recommend him. Will definitely be booking more lessons, and so should you all!
