I think Italki is a perfect occasion to improve foreign languages because it offers what usually is very rare in traditional classes: a single person dedicated to you and the possibility to speak, freely and with no hurry. Conversation is the most important factor to improve a language. Moreover, I think I can make my students feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed during my classes. As a tutor, my lessons are focused on a natural conversation between me and the student, so that she or he may learn and improve the typical oral expressions and idioms. We can talk about different topics, in order to expand the vocabulary and to practice to express various ideas.教材

I had my 100th lesson with Camilla today and all I can say is that I am incredibly happy to have found her. I have learned so much in this past 1.5 years to the point that I can have full conversations in Italian using formal language but also slang and I can also present my academic work with ease. She has also taught me about regional differences and to identify the different accents. I will be doing my 4th trip to Italy in a few months and I am certain I am going to have the best time thanks to Camilla! Grazie, Professoressa.

Conversation lessons with Camilla are such a treat! I was a bit nervous because I haven't practiced my Italian in a while but Camilla made me feel at ease right away. In the beginning, she gently guided the conversation to maximize my learning and, when I warmed up and felt more confident, she let me take the lead.
