Julian is an excellent teacher. He uses a variety of tools and materials to help you learn and is organized with the lesson time. I appreciate his fast pace and expectation that practice happen between lessons.

Every lesson is so fun, productive and insightful. Julian is a great teacher, his lessons never feel like a chore, which is usually what I'd struggle with learning languages in the past. I've tried other iTalki teachers before finding Julian but no one else fit from the first 5-10 minutes. Really recommend Julian as a teacher both for total newbies like myself or those that need to polish their knowledge of certain topics.

Professor Julian Bernal is a very skilled teacher of Spanish. His knowledge of linguistics and grammar are seemlessly blended into his relaxed teaching style. As an older student, he assessed my level and has given me many additional resources to improve my conversational Spanish.
