やあ、調子はどうだい？私はブラジル人で、ブラジル南東部、サンパウロ州の小さな町、モギ・ミリムに住んでいます。ポルトガル語と英語の教師として7年間働いています。
外国語を学び、教えることに情熱を持っているだけでなく、歴史、芸術、哲学、神学、音楽を学ぶことも好きです。私はまだ何も演奏することができませんが、それは私の将来の計画の中にあります。文学も大好きで、いつか本を書くのが夢です。
自由な時間には、家族と一緒にいること、YouTubeで適当に、でも面白いビデオを見ること、そして予算の許す限りどこへでも旅行することを楽しんでいます。

カンピーナス大学（UNICAMP）でポルトガル語を学び、教職の学位を取得しました。また、英語教育の学位とケンブリッジ大学によるCELTA資格も持っています。11歳から英語を学び、16歳から教えています。2017年にドイツに5ヶ月間滞在し、この海外経験により、素晴らしい異文化間スキルを身につけることができました。世界中の生徒と出会い、ただ教えるだけでなく、同時に彼らから多くのことを学ぶことが大好きです。
これまでのキャリアを通じて、英語学校や大学で、子どもからティーンエイジャー、大人まで教えてきました。2020年からは、成人（16歳以上）を対象とした個人オンラインレッスンのみに取り組んでいます。 レッスン形式・教え方
私のクラスでは、それぞれの生徒のニーズや興味に合わせて、個人的な教材を作成します。一般的には、コミュニケーションと異文化間スキルに重点を置き、その過程で文法事項にも取り組みます。できるだけ本物の教材（YouTubeのビデオ、映画、歌、ポッドキャストなど）を使い、実際の言語や文化に触れられるようにしています。

Catarina é uma professora incrível ! I've been having classes with her for more than 6 months now and i cannot believe how far i've come in Portuguese. She really knows how to make the student feel comfortable and confident and even when starting i was not afraid of talking or practicing the language, while going at my own rhythm. Catarina is not just a great teacher, but she is also fun to talk to. She prepares well for her lessons, has a plan and study materials ready, but she is also flexible and ready to discuss any topic that might come up.
Languages is my passion, I've had about 40 teachers in the past 30 years and she is one of the best I've ever had! Obrigado :)
