I believe students should first trust their teacher in order to have a dynamic learning environment. I have become aware that teaching is not really about teaching, it’s about learning. It doesn’t matter how good I think I am as a teacher if my students aren't learning, then I am not succeeding. Teaching should be student-centered starting from student needs and objectives and not from what the teacher wants them to put in their heads.
