Mai-Anh is extremely kind, helpful, and professional. She's always on time. She creates such a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment. She's willing to help you learn the vocabulary around any topic you choose, and help you learn to express yourself. Because she is so fluent in English, she's able to help you learn the nuances between certain words that can be used interchangeably, or often incorrectly used interchangeably by foreigners. If you're looking to grow in confidence in Vietnamese, this is the best tutor to go with!

Previously I had problems distinguishing some sound pairs in speech (như / nhi among others) — Mai-Anh helped me with that, and I am so grateful. I will come back with more difficult pairs like khách / khác.
