Her deep understanding of the test structure and scoring criteria, combined with her clear and detailed explanations, made a huge difference in my confidence and performance. Tracy is not only knowledgeable but also friendly, patient, and professional. She created a supportive environment that kept me motivated. Since the mid-July, I’ve been learning IELTS and general English expressions from Tracy, and I can’t thank her enough. She always found helpful resources for me and gave me great advice whenever I felt nervous or stuck — especially because I’m about to move abroad for the first time and have no idea how long I’ll be staying. I always enjoy chatting with Tracy :) Today we talked about using different languages can lead to different ways of thinking. I picked up so many cool new phrases too! Can’t wait to see her again soon.
