講師としての私
教師という職業は、行動や生い立ち、興味の対象が異なる学習者を相手にするため、私が知る限り最も厳しく、最も困難な職業です。ですから、私はいつも全力を尽くし、彼らの心に届くように努めています。
教師として、私は教えることに情熱を注いでいるので、献身的で、保全的で、忍耐強いです。学習者一人ひとりが個性的なので、私はよく学習者のレッスンを単純化します。そのため、実りある有意義な学習のためには、学習者の長所と短所を知ることが非常に重要です。
また、学習者が自分のアイデアや考えを声に出して共有することで、自分の意見を聞いてもらい、自信と自尊心を育むことも、学習プロセスの2つの方法として推奨しています。 レッスン形式・教え方
私は前もって授業の計画を立て、学習者が与えられた課題を楽しみ、感謝し、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことを予期しています。映画鑑賞、パワーポイント、読み聞かせ、フリートークなど、学習者の理解度に合わせて、さまざまなアクティビティを用意しています。
また、学習者がセッション中に多くのことを学び、学んだことを実生活に応用できるように、楽しく学習できるようにしています。
実際、学習者に提供されるレッスンは、トピックをよく理解しやすいように、スパイラルな進行になっています。学習において考慮すべきことはたくさんあります。それは慎重に計画し、レッスン中に自分自身を従事する必要があります。教材

Great lesson with Janet! We started by reviewing the questions that I translated using "mayroon". After that, Janet described the different types of adjectives. Then Janet had me make example sentences using the adjectives. Janet encouraged me to make longer, more complicated sentences. It was good practice!

Great lesson with Janet! We reviewed the sentences that I translated. Janet helped with some minor modifications to improve them. After that, we learned different ways to use "wala" with numbers and in questions. We made several example sentences for each usage. Janet gives me lots of positive feedback and is good at getting to the edge of my comfort zone. That helps me expand my comfort zone and improve a lot!

Great lesson with Janet! We reviewed the sentences that I translated using "mayroon". After that, we learned more about mayroon and how it is used with pronouns and in questions. Janet is very good at having me create sentences that are difficult, but not too difficult; which is helping me improve!
