Time I wait in the case the student is late, for a 45 minute clase I'll wait 10 min., for a 1 hour class 15 min. and if it's a trial class or a 30 min. class, I'll wait 10 minutes.
Notices of non attendance with min. of 4 hours in advance that you aren't going to make it, I'll reschedule or refund. If not, I will have to set the class as completed. Thank you :D教材

Andy has all the traits of a great educator. She's prepared for every class, flexible enough to change topics during a lesson, and creates such a wonderfully encouraging environment for learning. Even after a short break, we picked up right where we left off and revisited concepts that she remembered I needed help with.
