Yamada-sensei was very patient. He explained the materials carefully and made sure I understood every expression before moving on. His classes are structured in a way that allowed me to digest and internalise the expressions that were being taught. I highly recommend Yamada-sensei for business Japanese.

Yamada sensei is a very kind and patient teacher. If you don't understand something, he will explain it in a simple way. He is also very knowledgeable about a lot of topics so there is always something to talk about. After each lesson he sends a list of points that were difficult or mistakes that were made which is extremely helpful.

Yamada Sensei always encourages me to lead the conversation and then helps me to understand and correct what I have produced afterwards. I feel at ease even if I make mistakes and can build confidence little by little.
