Hi everyone! I'm Chisato, I'm a native Japanese speaker born in Chiba, Japan. I've learned English, French, Spanish and I am currently learning Dutch as I live in Belgium. I love traveling as I can widen my point of view by learning difficult culture. I've been to more than 30 countries and the to-go list just keeps expanding! I am also a big food lover, so if you are interested in cooking Japanese food, feel free to ask me for good recipes. ;)

I have taught daily conversational Japanese to students in English when I was studying in America as an exchange student. They were beginners, so I used English when necessary, but I will try to use simple Japanese so that you can immerse yourself in the Japanese language setting. But do not worry, of course I can explain to you in English when you do not understand. I believe that having fun is the best way to improve your language skills, so I would like to offer a casual, relaxing and comfortable environment for you.

Have you ever felt that you cannot talk naturally although you have learned Japanese through schools, textbooks, etc.? I am here to teach you Japanese that we actually use in our daily life. When I was learning English, I used fun materials like interviews of famous actors, interesting news, books, dramas, movies...I will use these kinds of practical materials for you as well so that you can enjoy learning "real" Japanese through the lessons. I would like to get to know how you like learning, so I can help you better by recommending some useful tips and websites.

I've just started learning Japanese and was very happy to be Chisato's first student! I must say that she is an amazing, friendly person and great to work with. She was prepared and I felt very comfortable in class. I won't have to look for another tutor now that I have found her. I would give her 10 stars if possible. Dankjewel Chisato! :)
