Mio-sensei is such a great teacher! She's amazing at correcting my mistakes but also not overwhelming me with too hard of lessons but still hard enough to challenge me. Very happy to be taking lessons from her!

For the past three months, I've had the pleasure of studying Japanese with Mio-san. I must say it's been an incredible journey. Her teaching style is not only tailored but also engaging, making every lesson feel like a personalized experience. Mio-san's passion and expertise shine through in every session, making learning both enjoyable and rewarding. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to embark on their Japanese language journey. ;)

みおさん is a wonderful teacher! She is encouraging and easy to talk to, but she also challenges you to push yourself and try to say things in Japanese. I love that she is very attentive in her lessons, and it doesn't ever feel like she's in a rush.

Over the past 6 months or so I feel that I have progressed in both ability and confidence with the assistance of Mio-sensei. Her teaching style is focused yet flexible enough that we can naturally explore topics as they arise in our conversation and grammar study, which keeps the process of learning fun, exciting and effective. Mio-sensei always encourages me to use grammar points to construct my own sentences which ensures that it is kept fresh through direct associations. She has a fun and sincere approach which makes it a real joy to study with her. I couldn't recommend Mio-sensei enough! 🙂🙏

みおさんは良く先生と思います はじめての授業が楽しかったです I have taken 1 Japanese class in college and have had 2 tutors in the past (who were good). So far, I'm impressed at the amount of effort Mio San puts into her lessons. In the trial lesson, her goal was to understand my level, interests, and what I wanted to focus on so she can prepare effective lesson plans. I can tell she has dedication to each student and wants to put preparation in so everyone can be successful in her lessons. I look forward to seeing how I improve with speaking and reading Japanese in with her. lessons
