私は、レッスン中に楽しむことが好きです。生徒が楽しんでいるときは、よりよく学ぶことができると信じています。私は、文法、発音、語彙の間違いに耳を傾け、優しく修正します。リアルタイムで、またレッスン後にもフィードバックをしたいと思っています。生徒のニーズを把握し、学習目標を達成できるようにサポートしたいと思います。 レッスン形式・教え方
私は教師として、生徒の話を聞き、生徒のスキルを評価し、生徒の言語目標を知った上で、最適な学習方法を決定します。生徒のレベルに応じて様々な教材を使います。生徒が理解力を必要としている場合は、私がリーディング教材を提供し、一緒に確認します。会話力を磨きたい生徒には、いろいろなトピックについて楽しく会話します。主語と動詞の一致や文法的なトピックをいつも間違えているようなら、それについても話し合います。生徒はそれぞれ違います。生徒のニーズに応じて、教え方を変えていきたいと思っています。教材
