Hi everyone! I have been teaching English for 13 years now. I have taught English in Los Angeles, Thailand, Vietnam, and Chile. I have a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate. I'm kind, patient, and encouraging. My goal is always to increase student talk time. I correct mistakes that students make. I see my students as friends. My classes are fun and we discuss interesting topics. I have taught students from many different countries and I understand the needs of students based on where they are from.

Graduate Teaching AssistantIn my first semester (Spring 2023) at KSU I was the graduate teaching assistant for an undergraduate class called 'American Foreign Policy' that was open to only juniors and seniors. This semester (Spring 2025), I am a graduate teaching assistant for a class called 'Love and Sex.' It is a freshman-level undergraduate class. In both of the classes, I lectured and helped students with coursework. Additionally, I held office hours and graded student assignments.
