私はダイナミックな教師であることを好み、自分のスキルを永続的に向上させ、学習者の経験をできるだけ実りある楽しいものにするために、新しいことを開発し学ぶよう努めます。子どもたちとのコミュニケーションの取り方を知っているので、子どもたちと一緒に仕事をするのは好きですし、自分にとっても楽しい経験です。大人との仕事も、どちらかというと自然体で臨むことができます。 レッスン形式・教え方
私のレッスンは、主に会話と様々な教授法で構成されており、学習プロセスをスムーズにし、退屈させないように工夫しています。ビデオや様々な種類の読み物、可能であれば教育的なゲームやクイズも取り入れたいと考えています。教材
