講師としての私
多くの教師から「外国語は私の得意分野ではない」と言われ、当初は外国語学習に苦労した。文法的なルールや文脈を無視して単語を暗記することに夢中になり、言語を学ぶ真の目的である「他人とコミュニケーションをとること」を見失ってしまったのです。しかし、もっと話すこと、文脈の中で単語やルールを学ぶこと、実世界の例文を使うこと、そして最も重要なことは楽しむことに重点を移したところ、状況が変わり、上達し始めたのです。それ以来、私は同じような課題を持つ多くの生徒を助けることに成功しました。共通の興味を持つこと、文脈の中で学ぶこと、会話を重視することで、私は生徒たちがそれぞれの言語目標を達成するのを目の当たりにしてきました。 レッスン形式・教え方

Randal is kind, nice, interactive and great! He encouraged me to speak more by asking additional questions and he motivated me to relax and enjoy the conversation. He gave me feedback on my English such as grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, etc. He pointed out my mistakes and gave me pieces of advice on how to fix them. He also asked me to just relax and enjoy! It was nice to meet him because I felt comfortable speaking with him and he was interested to learn more about me and my life. It was a great conversation with him for today and I hope to see him again soon!
