Satoko

Today, I had my second trial lesson with Satoko. She was very friendly and talkative, so the 30-minute trial ended quickly. I enjoyed our first conversation.

Satoko is a great conversation partner! If you want valuable, real-life conversation practice, I definitely recommend taking a lesson.

This was my very first lesson and she was so patient as I figured out the technology. Very encouraging. Asked lots of questions and was so very nice.

I had my very first trial lesson on italki with Satoko sensei, and it was a great expereince. She was great at smoothly leading the conversation and asking interesting questions, it all felt very natural. She explained new words in a way that was easy to understand, and I appreciated how she rephrased my simple sentences using more natural grammar and more complex vocabulary. As someone who used to be quite advanced level and is now trying to brush up on dusty skills, it was an efficeint way to start activating my passive knowledge.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Satoko! She patiently listened as I slowly did my best at constructing sentences while never making me feel like a burden. She also expertly led our conversation toward interesting and creative directions.
