I took a beginner's Cantonese class with Minnie. We covered a lot of material and we moved pretty quickly through the lesson. She gave good explanations and usage examples. I let her know before the lesson that I wasn't a complete beginner and some of what I was already familiar with, and she was able to adjust the lesson. The class went great. I'm looking forward to covering more material with her.

First lesson was great! Minnie gave me many opportunities to chat and practice speaking. I appreciated the way she paraphrased what I was trying to say so I could hear the correction, while carrying on the conversation naturally. I felt comfortable and look forward to our next chat!

I have had ten speaking practice lessons with Minnie so far. My fluency has definitely improved a lot. Minnie is friendly and enthusiastic, and our classes are always enjoyable. I do most of the talking, but when necessary Minnie skilfully extends and deepens our conversations, so that the discussion always continues to flow. I can highly recommend Minnie to other learners.
