皆さん、こんにちは！フロリダ州ジャクソンビルに住んでいます。大学のESL講師として10年以上働いており、TESOL(Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)の修士号を持っています。アメリカに4年以上、インドに20年、タイに17年住んでいました。オンラインで英語とヒンディー語を教えており、世界各地から生徒が来ています。TOEICテストは990点満点です。
サルサとバチャータダンスが大好きで、インド古典舞踊の訓練も受けています。旅行が大好きで、これまでに30カ国以上を訪れました。元の言語で表示する
講師としての私
私はとても親切で思いやりのある教師であり、常に自分のことよりも生徒のニーズを優先します。私は聞き上手で、問題解決能力に長けています。生徒一人ひとりを知り、彼らの夢や人生の目標を知ることが大好きです。そうすれば、生徒がインスピレーションを持ち続け、目標を達成できるように、できる限りのサポートをすることができます。私は生徒の個性を尊重し、生徒のさまざまな個性や、個人として持っている特別なものに感謝しています。 レッスン形式・教え方
私はとてもオープンマインドな教師で、生徒中心の授業を行っています。授業では、生徒が自分の意見を述べたり、教えているトピックについて質問したりする時間を多く設けています。毎回、短いウォームアップの時間を設けています。これは、生徒が快適に授業を受けられるように、また、授業で取り上げられるトピックの背景を知るためのものです。私は、ロールプレイ、ギャップを埋めるエクササイズ、ディベート、ディスカッションなど、コミュニケーションを図るためのアクティビティを多く取り入れています。生徒の理解度を様々な段階で確認し、適切なペースで授業を進めるようにしています。教材

Enjoyed my Hindi lesson with Purnima. She is really great at making Hindi approachable and speaks in a way that you can easily understand and interpret what is being said, which helps the learning process. I highly recommend her lessons!

My trial lesson with Purnima-ji went by very quickly. I didn't even realize that 30 mins. had gone by. We talked about many topics. Purnima-ji is engaging and encouraging. I recommend her if you are curious of her teachings.
