Hi, I am Min'entle - Mini and I am a Customer Success Manager in a Global FinTech Payments company. I am a Business Management graduate from the University of Cape Town, which is the number 1 university in Africa. I have a big passion for facilitating, presenting, and moderating economic, technology and impact conversations. I use discussion as a teaching style because it encourages interaction with students. It also ensures that students are engaged 100% throughout the lesson. I enjoy listening to my students speak and practice their language skills to assess their progress. My lesson would be structured this way: - After developing SMART goals in the first lesson, we will develop a 5-class/ 10-class/ 15-class lesson structure that ends with a progress report - Follow-up lessons would follow the structure that supports your goals. - There are extra networking opportunities to meet other students in the class to practice your English
