私は製造会社に10年間勤めました。経営学の学位を取得して卒業しましたが、教えることへの情熱から、製造業を辞め、教えるという夢を追い求めるようになりました。現在はパートタイムの個別指導とオンライン英会話の講師をしています。趣味は映画鑑賞、本の表紙や手帳のデザイン、読書、ボクシング、ムエタイ、柔術の練習です。さらに、テープ起こしやファイナンシャル・アドバイザーのアルバイトもしており、現在は電子書籍のナレーターになるためにスキルを磨いています。元の言語で表示する

経験豊富な教師として、生徒が学業で成功を収めるためのサポートに専念し、有意義な会話を通して精神的なサポートを提供することに力を注いでいます。4年以上の指導経験から、学習とは単に情報を吸収することではなく、理解され、サポートされ、耳を傾けてもらえると感じることだと理解してきました。学習者の多くは、ストレス、不安、仕事上の問題、個人的な問題など、さまざまな課題に直面しており、集中力や成功に影響を与えることがあります。このことを認識し、生徒が安心して自分の考えや感情を表現できるような、支援的で共感的な環境づくりに努めています。 レッスン形式・教え方
私は3つの言語を教え、分かち合うことを目指しています：英語、タガログ語、セブアノ語です。私のレッスンは、基本的な単語から始まり、生徒の興味に基づき、フレーズやその他の分野へと学習を進めていきます。そのために、1.指示する、2.話し合う、3.任せるという3つのDの教え方を実践しています。Delegatingである。まず、Directingでは、生徒に何をすべきか、どのようにすべきか、何をすべきかを指示する。次に、Discussingは、質問をしたり、積極的に話を聞いたりすることで、教師と生徒の相互作用を促します。最後に、Delegatingは、生徒が自主的に取り組めるように課題を与えます。効果的な教師は、様々なスタイルを使い分け、いつ、どのように適用するかを知っています。教材
