A Certified Korean Teacher / Teaching Korean Online since 2017 / Recommendations Letter for GKS I am a professional Korean teacher. I have been teaching on italki since 2017, but I first started teaching Korean in 2011. I was in an exchange program at the university in Tanzania. I helped some children speak and write in Korean at Hangeul school. It was a fresh experience for me and I had a great time with them. After that, I traveled to Southeast Asia where I met some foreigners who were interested in Korean culture, especially K-pop and K-dramas. While talking with them, I found out people feel happy to have a conversation in a foreign language with a native speaker. Those experiences made me think teaching Korean as a professional job might be one of the wonderful things I can do.

Don't be ashamed or embarrassed to try different things and ask me as many questions as you want that you are not really sure about.
