Accent Coach & Certified Teacher since 2014 | +9000 lessons on italki | Communicate more mindfully! I have been teaching on italki since 2015. I specialise in accent reduction and in "spoken French". I also worked for the MimicMethod for a few years, where I was the Head of French Instruction and helped give specific pronunciation feedback to students. Later on, I also took lessons with a cinema accent coach and got acquainted with a more theatrical approach, which helped me be more versatile in my feedback. When I see one type of feedback doesn't work, I try another one. Each student reacts differently to different verbal cues, so I think it's important I can bring these different approaches to them, whenever needed :)

Literature student, culture vulture, sensationally verbose I am an experienced tutor and have received a formation on tutoring given by a professional teacher. Aside from working on other tutoring sites, I have worked in a community of tutors and teachers in a french help center at my college, therefore my teaching is also inspired by individuals more experienced than me. I have also travelled quite a bit, and had to get by in languages I was not familiar with, so I know how to start building sentences quickly to be understood. These various experiences have had a big impact on my teaching.

I fell in love with foreign languages when I began to attend my high school. And from then on, I have never stopped practicing them. One of the things I love the most is teaching them to others. I share what I know with my pupils and mates in order to keep my English, French and German alive as much as I can and to do my best to transmit them my passion. I strongly believe that learning a foreign language must be a pleasure. ​

I offer both conversation- and reading-based classes that can be tailored to suit your needs and preferences. I've taught tons of people from all walks of life: artists, engineers, mechanics, programmers, soldiers, actors, dancers, doctors, professors, diplomats, cooks, athletes, and more. Please note: I don't accept bookings made for children by parents/guardians. However, if you're 12-17 and you're booking a lesson for yourself, then that's alright.

I have been teaching French for 3 years and recently started teaching Russian and French. I am very patient with my students and I like to put an accent on the speaking part. A good lesson for me would be to practically not talk at all during the lesson, only to correct your mistakes! But of course I always comme prepared for my lessons as I have had some experience in teaching languages.
