I am a very friendly and patient teacher. I’ve been a language teacher for more than 20 years and I love it! I taught students from one-year-old kids to adults in person. For online lessons, I usually teach students from eight-year-old to adults. There's nothing like seeing my students getting excited about learning Japanese in my class. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment. My motto for learning Japanese is to make mistakes without worrying too much and to speak a lot in Japanese. Have fun with it :)

I learned how to teach Japanese in Japan and the United States. I completed a course on how to teach Japanese at the University of Michigan in the United States in 2019. In 2021, I completed all the requirements of Japanese language teacher training in Japan (420 hours). I used to teach Japanese at a Japanese language school. I am currently teaching Japanese online. I can teach Elementary and Pre-Intermediate Japanese. I used to work for a Japanese company, so I can also teach business Japanese. ２０１９年にアメリカのミシガン大学（だいがく）で日本語の教え方（にほんごのおしえかた）の講座（こうざ）を修了（しゅうりょう）しました。 ２０２１年に日本で日本語教師（にほんごきょうし）のための４２０時間単位の資格（しかく）を取得（しゅとく）しました。 以前（いぜん）、日本語学校で日本語を教えて（おしえて）いました。 現在（げんざい）、オンラインで小学生（しょうがくせい）に日本語を教えて（おしえて）います。 初級（しょきゅう）と初中級（しょちゅうきゅう）の日本語（にほんご）を教える（おしえる）ことができます。

Nothing will start unless you take the first step! I’m a qualified and native Japanese teacher. In Japan, a new national qualification, the Nationally Registered Japanese Teacher, is introduced in 2024. I have obtained that qualification as well. Teaching Japanese language and culture is my passion and I would be happy to help you in every aspect of your learning. I try to make lessons fun and worth learning so that you can enjoy studying Japanese. I will help you if you make mistakes, cannot find any appropriate words and expressions.

At that time, I taught conversation-focused classes from beginner to business level. I also have experience volunteering to teach Japanese language and culture to local American students during my study abroad in the U.S. I have been teaching Japanese on Italki since 2021. 学校で日本語教師の資格を取得した後、ベトナムで日本語教師として少し働きました。 その時は初級からビジネスレベルの会話中心の授業をしていました。また、アメリカ留学中にボランティアで現地のアメリカ人の生徒さんに日本語や日本文化を教えていた経験があります。Italkiでは2021年から日本語を教えています。

I have experience tutoring Japanese during college, and I also have experience teaching Japanese to kids. I am friendly and talkative. I enjoy teaching Japanese and sharing our culture. 留学生に初級の日本語の指導をしたり、技能実習生に日本語を教えていました。 過去に技能実習生を半年あまり教えてきました。熱心な人たちに日本語や習慣を教えることがとても楽しいです。 また、日本語学校の非常勤講師として初級の授業をしていました。

Let's learn Japanese with certified Japanese teacher I have studied in Canada, Australia, and the US. In Canada, I got a certificate of TESOL so I started teaching English online since 2020. Teaching language was much more fun than I thought. That is why I started teaching Japanese as well. I move everywhere in the world so teaching job using online fits my lifestyle. I studied international culture and communication in university and experienced it all over the world. Through my experiences and knowledge, I share the culture with my students and teach real Japanese not like a textbook. Since February 2022, I have taken Japanese language teacher training course and finished it November 2022.
