The entire activity was aside my full time teaching, making me super  time organized and strategic for a number of years.

As a career coach for corporate China, I was cultivating empathy and active listening as they were the major components to be able to assist my clients. Moreover, goal setting and putting plans into action was another point I taught them about. By doing so, I wanted to raise their self-confidence, thus efficiency at work. Last but not least - job interview preparation was the main module of our meetings. Helping them be fully ready was the main component that made all the difference.

A good restaurant manager knows how to run a business smoothly and treat customers with respect and understanding.
