After completing 15 lessons (50 min), you will be able to master "survival Korean" including:
- Read all words and sentences in Hangul 
- Order food at restaurants and buy goods at stores
- Count numbers: dates, floors, telephone numbers, and price
- Introduce yourself 
- Describe a room and directions
- Describe your daily routine

[1A] Complete Beginner Korean (50 min)

Previous knowledge required:  Sogang Korean 1A or equivalent (Hangul, Numbers, Self-introduction, Basic grammar points: present & past tense, basic particles (이, 가, 을, 를, 에, 에서)

TEXTBOOK: Sogang Korean 1B-2A
Course focus: speaking, reading, listening and writing skills.
******Goals*******
- Daily-life dialogues can be easily used in key situations such as restaurants, hospitals, shops and schools. Roleplay activities would be a key method to practice dialogues.  
- Each unit is composed of dialogues, grammar points, and vocabulary

***One-hour session runs 50 minutes***

[1B-2A] Beginner Korean_ Daily Conversation (50 min)

Previous knowledge required: 

Sogang Korean 2A or equivalent. (Beginner grammar points: particles, sentence connectors, informal/formal speech, irregular conjugations), TOPIK I level 1 

TEXTBOOK: Sogang Korean 2B-3A, Writing exercise book, Vocabulary book, Grammar in Use - Korean (Beginner) Course focus: speaking, reading, listening and writing skills. 

***GOAL **** 
- Make complex sentences with different conjunctions 
- Briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans 
- Review & Practice using basic grammar points with vocabulary by topics 
- Learn advanced grammar points with reading & writing exercises 
- Use multiple conjunctions, collocations, colloquial expressions 

***One-hour session runs 50 minutes***

[2B-3A] Pre-intermediate Korean (50 min)

Previous knowledge required:  Sogang Korean 3A or equivalent (TOPIK I Level 2+)

TEXTBOOK: Sogang Korean, Writing exercise book, Grammar in Use - Korean (Intermediate), News articles

Course focus: speaking, reading, listening and writing skills.

Intermediate level - Practice utilising vocabulary words related to topics during the lesson. 
Upper-intermediate & advanced level - Video clips, news articles or journals with vocabulary will be provided for further discussion.

***The one-hour session lasts 50 minutes***

[3B+] Upper intermediate+ (50 min)

PTE preparation tutoring offers personalised guidance to help you achieve your target score by familiarising you with the test format, improving your speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills, and providing strategies for time management.
