In the first lesson it is important to discuss in depth with the student to find out what they want and need from a lesson. Every student has very different abilities and unique personality. Therefore each lesson has to be tailored made for the individual student. It is important to build up their confidence and lead the conversation if required. At the same time, patiently allowing them to talk freely and express themselves. The student should the one that talks in the lesson as much as possible. My job is to correct grammar, pronunciation and give an interesting conversation.
