I'll access your current level through simple conversation and activities and we'll go over a mini-lesson tailored to your needs. My lessons for complete beginners are designed to help you build a strong foundation in speaking, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. We'll start with the basics: how to say hello, introduce yourself and read Russian letters. I like to combine two popular textbooks - "Doroga v Rossiyu" and "Poekhali!" - to keep the lessons structured, effective and engaging. We'll focus on useful vocabulary, simple grammar and everyday conversations to help you gain confidence step by step.

Russian for beginners (0-A1)

At this level, we'll expand your vocabulary, deepen your grammar knowledge and improve your pronunciation. Lessons focus on everyday topics like family, work, shopping and travel. I combine traditional textbooks and extra materials to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

Elementary Russian (A1-A2)

At this stage, we focus on expanding your vocabulary, mastering more complex grammar, and speaking more fluently on everyday and abstract topics. You'll practice reading, listening, and expressing opinions in Russian. I use a mix of textbooks, authentic materials, and conversation practice to help you move toward confident, natural communication.

Intermediate Russian (B1-B2)

These lessons are for students who want to refine their speaking, expand vocabulary, and sound more natural and fluent. We work with authentic texts, podcasts, films, and advanced grammar structures. Lessons include discussions on culture, current events, and abstract topics to help you express complex ideas with ease and confidence.
