My beginner's course will - at your own pace - expand your ability to communicate in German. I will provide you with all the materials in advance - so you can preview (or peep).
My worksheets cover the things you need to know for basic everyday life in Germany (grammar, vocabulary, culture, etc.) and are designed for communication. My approach is a topical one. We will expand the range of your communication skills. And we will get to know each other on the way.
My worksheets are mostly pdf. 

Please, make sure, you can take your own notes. (Either by typing directly into the pdf or printing it out and writing by hand, etc.) Your private notes will help your learning immensely! And, do do it in class!

Basic German for Beginners / Deutsch für Anfänger (A1-B1)

Informal Tutoring means there is no preparation for me as the teacher. This works best for students who follow their own learning plan or those who just want to do something specific like: ask questions, grammar, speaking, conversation, reading, writing, correcting texts, etc.

- You have finished the basics of German (A1-B1) and want/need some guidance on the intermediate plane? 
- Or your German got a bit rusty and you want to freshen it up?

Once, you have learned the basics, it's time for practice. The biggest thing is expanding your vocabulary and getting confident with complex sentence structures.

*Tagebuch

Well, the "Tagebuch" is just what it says. You can write down your experiences, your thoughts, etc. and I will help you to express your thoughts and feelings, opinions, etc. properly.

So, you would write a diary entry before the class and send it to me. I'll check it and then we will go through it together.

FYI: At the end of 2024, italki decided to create the necessity for certain subjects to have a certification in order to offer it. In this process, courses were deleted (without any personal notification about it) and with it the lesson record. Before this happened, I had coached 90 hours on italki for the application process and from the students' feedback it was well worth it. So, this explains why I have 0 listed lessons. It just got deleted and I had to set up again.

- getting your CV up to the German standard (it's different from country to country)
- writing a compelling cover letter (which is an art in itself)
- practicing common as well as job-specific interview questions and answers

Therefore, this is the most efficient if you can give me as much information as you can beforehand, so that I can tailor the coaching to your exact needs. That means, CV, job offer and cover letter - if you already have one written.

I've studied several subjects and got my MA in Sociology, German as a Second/Foreign Language, Modern History
I also did extensive studies in English Philology and Literature

IT help desk agent in English and German. This position required good communication skills, error analysis skills and patience.

Most students at AUA were high school and university students but we also had a few adult beginner courses. I also taught external classes: Essay Writing for lecturers at university and Basic English Communication Skills to the administrative staff of a seafood company.

I taught Listening & Speaking, Reading & Writing, and Oral Communication for 3 terms at PSU Surat.

I worked for the Distance Learning Foundation giving German classes to Thai high school students.The lessons were broadcast live on TV (Mo-Fr - 1 hour).
