General Chinese Course for all level (A2 - C2)
Thank you for reading this. I will provide your textbooks and other materials (images, recording, etc.) for learning.

On reading skills and writing skills. I will explain by breaking down structures on screen and giving examples that vary from easy to difficult. I always speak in Chinese, and write in both Chinese and English when it's necessary. In this way, you know how to distinguish the difference of words, construct correct sentence structures and write correctly and clearly.

On listening and speaking skills, I will not only speak clearly and distinctly for you to hear better, but also I will ask you to repeat and provide you feedback with your pronunciation. By identifying the right pronunciation and repeating after it several times now and then, you can master speaking skills by developing muscle memory.

Nowadays, knowing how to write is not a must anymore, it's up to you. I will explain the structure of Chinese characters as it's helpful for reading. 

For people who are taking standardized exams like HSK, we can focus on doing exam papers as you would. 

For people who just learn vocabulary or teach themselves. I suggest paying attention on grammar. It helps you understand Chinese logically. In my opinion, it's an effective way for adults to learn a language.

In order to make the course practical, the dialogue sometimes will not copy the textbook exactly, but will be based on your needs and about your daily life.

General Chinese Course&HSK

Notification: The course is for people whose level of Chinese is from B1 to C2

This course mostly focuses on how to speak confidently and fluently. We will make conversation spontaneously. As long as you express yourself clearly and without ambiguity, I will not interrupt you, as conversation is more on communication and information rather than correcting grammatical mistakes all the time, which may cause students to have no desire and courage to speak. But I will take notes for you and rephrase the sentences to remind you of the right pronunciation, word, sentence structure. Most students are surprised how much concentration I have to listen, respond, and write at the same time. It's from experience and effort. 

You can either start a topic you're interested in or pick a podcast I've made, which covers different topics, like films & TV series, sports & fitness, food, music, reading, writing, art, history, science, business & finance, medical & healthcare, tech, science, pets & animals, gaming, travel, fashion & beauty, environment & nature, animation & comics. 


One tip for everyone who reads this, speaking slowly and in a pleasing rhythm is much better than slurred fast speech. It makes you sound calm and kind rather than impatient and grouchy. I hope all students speak Chinese in a friendly, educated, cheerful way.
