Giving feedback can build trust, clarify expectations, and improve performance, or it can backfire, damage relationships and create lasting tension. In this session, we’ll explore how to give and receive feedback that is honest, effective, and professionally appropriate.
We’ll also examine real-life scenarios and practice using the kind of precise, tactful language that makes feedback land without conflict or confusion.

Before joining italki, I was the head teacher at the flagship school of Japan’s leading English language institute.
