In Chapter 3, we read the comic book that George and Harold created. The comic introduces Captain Underpants, a silly superhero who wears only underwear and a cape. Captain Underpants is brave and strong, but also very funny.

In the comic, Captain Underpants fights bad guys and saves people in silly and unexpected ways. The story is full of jokes, exaggeration, and funny pictures.
