En el episodio de hoy hablamos de otra tradición navideña, el aguinaldo. Hoy te explico qué es, 
la tradición y los orígenes de esta costumbre. Además de contarte como puedes pedirlo.

こんばんは、atsushiです。
今回も和食の文化について話をします。

日本には四季があります。
春、夏、秋、冬。
季節ごとに気温や気候が違うように、旬の食べ物も変わります。

今回は季節ごとの旬な食べ物の話をします。

まずは春からです。
僕は春といえば、たけのこを思い出します。
かといって、家でたくさん食べていたわけでは無いんですが、たけのこのイメージがあります。

他には貝類だとアサリですね、魚だと鯛とかニシンですらね。山菜だとあんまり食べないんですけど、ふきのとうとかですかね。あとは菜の花とかイチゴとかですね。

次は夏です。
夏といえば、僕はそうめんですね。実家にいた時によくそうめんを食べてました。一般的には、魚だとあじとかアナゴとかですね。カツオなどもます。野菜は枝豆、きゅうり、茄子とかですかね。果物だとやっぱりスイカですかね。日本の夏の果物はスイカってイメージは結構ありますね。

秋ですね。秋は食材が豊富になる時期なので、日本では良く、食欲の秋とか言いますね。
僕は秋といえば、梨とかさんまですね。鮭もそうですね。
一般的には、蓮根とか椎茸、しめじ、果物が多いですねぇ。栗とか柿とかぶどうですね。サツマイモとかもそうです。

最後に冬です。
冬は食材と言うよりも、なべのイメージがありますけど、かぼちゃとかですかね。
一般的には貝類の牡蠣とか魚だとタラとかふぐとかカニですね。野菜がと、大根とか白菜とかネギとかですかね。

今回は食材の話ばっかりしたんですけど、
もちろん旬の料理もありますので、その話はまた今度にしようと思います。
