Today I will be discussing a topic that I found very interesting, and I hope you do to, It is something I have started doing and I definitely feel the positive effects. Today I am discussing grounding at first, this may sound a little woo-woo. But the science behind earthing and grounding is compelling: The earth is abundant in free electrons (negatively charged) that when connected to the body can help neutralize free radicals, providing antioxidant and immune-boosting properties

Grounding also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth for various health benefits.
We walked barefoot and we slept in contact with the Earth never realizing that its surface contained limitless, natural, healing energy. Walking around barefoot is not our main mode of travel any longer. We live indoors much of the time and when we do walk or run outside, we wear rubber-soled shoes which prevent our feet from being able to absorb the Earth's subtle energy. Rubber is not conductive, but our bodies are!

はい、こんにちは。ようへい先生です。え、今日は”じゃあ”と”それなら” のちがいのことを話します。
”じゃあ”も “それなら”も　英語で、in that case　ですよね。え、ですから、同じです。 例えば、

Good
A：ふくろが破（やぶ）れています。
B：それなら、こっちのふくろを使ってください。 B：じゃあ、こっちのふくろを使ってください。

これ、いいですね。
”かいけつ”resolution ですね。はい。で、他にも”おすすめ” recommendation の時も使いますね。えー、

Good
A：来週おきなわに行くんだけど、 行きたいところが休みなんだよ。
B：それなら海に行けばいいよ。　B：じゃあ、海に行けばいいよ。

うん、これもオッケーですね。はい、おすすめの場所、recommendationの場所を言っています。 

でも、”じゃあ”と、”それなら”、ちがう意味の時もあるんですよ。 
えー、それは『何かを始める時』、”じゃあ”ということができます。
え、例えば先生が教室に入ってきました。え、先生は何も話しません。で、言います。
〇「じゃあ、レッスンを始めましょう」

これはオッケーですが、
（とつぜん）
✕「それなら レッスンを始めましょう」

これは言うことができません。この”じゃあ”に あまり意味がないと思います。はい、この”じゃあ”、えー、ちょっとN３の言葉（ことば）なんですけど。「早速（さっそく）ですが」、 「早速だけど」にちょっと似（に）ていますね。えー、これは、メインの会話(main topic)を話す前に言います。

で、えー、少しだけあいさつをし後に言います。うん、
たくさん話した後に、あまり言いませんね、この漢字を『早速（さっそく）』の漢字を見たらわかると思うんですけど。
”はやいはやい”ですね。
えー、多分「ちょっと早いですが」、という意味だと思います。
うん。え、でも、”じゃあ”はたくさん話をした後でもオッケーです。え、メインの会話（main topic)を話す前に、 『じゃあ何々の話をしましょう』うん、『じゃあ、商品（しょうひん）の話をしましょう』と言うことができます。 
はい、”じゃあ”と、”それなら”のちがい、分かりましたか。

はい、今日も聞いてくれてありがとうございましたじゃあ、みなさん、日本語の勉強がんばってください。バイバイ👋

拼音是帮助大家学习中文的重要工具，主要由声母、韵母和声调构成。声母位于音节前段，大多是辅音，发音轻短，像b、p、m、f 等。韵母则在音节后段，发音响亮，能单独构成音节，也可跟声母组合，像a、o、e、ai、ei、ao这些。而声调有四种，分别是阴平（第一声，ā）、阳平（第二声，á ）、上声（第三声，ǎ ）、去声（第四声，à ），它能改变字的读音和意思。
 
1. a (发音时声带颤动，舌头放平，舌位低，不圆唇，口自然张大。)
2. o (发音时口半开半闭，嘴唇拢圆，舌尖向后缩。)
3. e (发音时嘴型呈扁状，半开半闭，嘴角向两边展开，舌尖后缩，舌根微抬。)
