Может ли погода влиять на здоровье и самочувствие?
Если у человека нет хронических заболеваний, и он следует ЗОЖ, смена погоды не может влиять на его самочувствие. Но постоянные дожди, хмурое, серое небо и отсутствие солнца на протяжении нескольких дней могут вызывать ухудшение активности и отражаться на эмоциональном состоянии. С точки зрения физиологии это связано с замедлением некоторых метаболических процессов: например, уменьшением витамина D.
Если нет научных данных о метеозависимости людей, почему такой большой процент населения уверены, что ухудшение погоды сказывается на их самочувствии?
Обычно под симптомами метеочувствительности имеют ввиду:
•	головные боли 
•	снижение уровня активности
•	сонливость или, наоборот, бессонницу;
•	изменение аппетита;
•	повышенную утомляемость;
•	резкие перепады настроения;
•	апатию.
Как называют людей на которых влияет погода. То давление, то сердцебиение. Как погода может влияет на здоровье человека
По словам врачей, чаще всего зависимость от погоды проявляется у людей с различными заболеваниями. Если брать относительно здоровых людей, то женщины больше подвержены метеочувствительности, чем мужчины. Реагируют на перемену погоды впечатлительные, излишне эмоциональные люди и дети до пяти лет.
Бесспорно, погода влияет на людей. На некоторых – больше, на некоторых – меньше, но некую связь между самочувствием и погодой, однозначно, можно проследить.
Кстати, в древние времена именно поведение животных и собственное самочувствие были лучшим «синоптиком», оповещающим о смене погоды. К сожалению, а может быть и к счастью, сегодня люди стали менее восприимчивы к погодным условиям, но все же иногда мы можем чувствовать на себе все «прелести» влияния погоды – головная боль, перемена настроения. А вы зависите от погоды?
