私は先日タクシーのアプリをダウンロードしました。
このアプリは目的地と待ち合わせ場所をあらかじめ設定することができます。予約が完了すると、タクシーの色と車のナンバーが送られてくるので、自分が乗るタクシーをすぐに見つけることができます。
予約したタクシーがどこにいるかを地図上で見たり、タクシーが何分後に到着するかを知ることもできます。
支払いはアプリにクレジットカード情報を登録しておけば、目的地に着いた時に支払いをせずにすぐに降りることができます。

このアプリを使ってみた私の感想は待ち合わせ場所の近くにいるタクシーが来るので、待ち時間が少なく、支払いも楽なのでとても便利だと思いました。しかし、私はそもそもタクシーをあまり使わないようにしているので、あまり恩恵を受けられないかもしれません。

あと理由（りゆう）で考（かんが）えられることは、
海外（かいがい）だとお寿司（すし）は高（たか）いので。

で、日本（にほん）に来（く）ると海外（かいがい）よりも少（すこ）し安（やす）い?

安（やす）いって言（い）っても海外（かいがい）が高（たか）すぎるだけですけど。

要（よう）するにその値段（ねだん）のギャップを見（み）ることによって、
「日本（にほん）に住（す）んだら毎日（まいにち）食（た）べれる！」みたいに
思（おも）ったことから、そういう質問（しつもん）につながったのかな
っていう風（ふうに）に私（わたし）は思（おも）いました。

そして3つ目（め）の質問（しつもん）は、日本人（にほんじん）ってヘルシーですごく健康（けんこう）志向（しこう）だよね、それって本当（ほんとう）だと思（おも）う？って聞（き）かれたんですけど、

んー。個人的（こじんてき）にはこれはサンカク（△）、どっちとも言（い）えないかも？って思（おも）います。

まず食事（しょくじ）と運動（うんどう）で考（かんが）えてみますね。
食事（しょくじ）の面（めん）はマル（〇）すごく健康的（けんこうてき）だと思（おも）います。

もちろん美味（おい）しい焼肉（やきにく）・デザート・カツ丼（どん）
とかそういうのがあるのは置（お）いといて、

日頃（ひごろ）の食事（しょくじ）日本人（にほんじん）はすごく健康的（けんこうてき）だと思（おも）います。

まあこれは他（ほか）の国（くに）と比較（ひかく）してですかね。

魚（ざかな）もよく食（た）べますし、納豆（なっとう）、漬物（つけもの）、味噌汁（みそしる）といった発酵（はっこう）食品（しょくひん）も自然（しぜん）と取（と）り入（い）れているじゃないですか。

あとは、全体的（ぜんたいてき）に健康（けんこう）に気（き）をつけたいと食事（しょくじ）面（めん）で思（おも）ったときに、

それを実行（じっこう）に移（うつ）しやすい環境（かんきょう）にあるかなと思（おも）います。

スーパーに行（い）っても健康（けんこう）志向（しこう）、例（たと）えば低（てい）カロリー、脂質（ししつ）低（ひく）めとか、そういう製品（せいひん）の種類（しゅるい）も豊富（ほうふ）だし。

コンビニに行（い）っても、そういうね、工夫（くふう）がされた商品（しょうひん）が多（おお）いっていう分（ぶん）で。

あとは和食（わしょく）ですね。

和食（わしょく）も、元々（もともと）健康的（けんこうてき）な構成（こうせい）になっているので。

そういう意味（いみ）で食事（しょくじ）から自然（しぜん）と健康的（けんこうてき）になっているのかなというふうに思（おも）います。


次（つぎ）は運動（うんどう）の方（ほう）です。

運動（うんどう）も身体（しんたい）活動（かつどう）と、エクササイズの方（ほう）の運動（うんどう）に分（わ）けて考（かんが）えたいと思（おも）います。

身体（しんたい）活動（かつどう）の方（ほう）も割（わり）と多（おお）いかなって思（おも）います
日本（にほん）は公共（こうきょう）交通（こうつう）機関（きかん）も発達（はったつ）してますし、

なので車（くるま）通勤（つうきん）っていうよりは、電車（でんしゃ）とかバスとか
そういったものを使（つか）って通勤（つうきん）する人（ひと）も多（おお）いと思（おも）うんですね。

まぁ要（よう）するに車（くるま）通勤（つうきん）でないと、自然（しぜん）と歩（ある）くことになるので、それによって1日（にち）の中（なか）で
例（たと）えデスクワークだとしても行（ゆ）き帰（かえ）りで自然（しぜん）と歩（ある）く習慣（しゅうかん）ができているかなって思（おも）います。

あとは階段（かいだん）が日本（にほん）って多（おお）いよねって言（い）われます。

エレベーターはたまにスーツケースとか持（も）ってるとなかなか見（み）つからなくて
駅（えき）とか、ちょっと乗（の）り換（か）えに時間（じかん）がかかっちゃったりすることは
たまにありますけど、

でもだいたいエスカレーターあるかなとは思（おも）うんですけど。

なので逆（ぎゃく）に私（わたし）はエスカレーターを運動（うんどう）不足（ぶそく）だなって思（おも）うときはなるべく使（つか）わないで、
階段（かいだん）で行（い）かなきゃみたいな、そういう日（ひ）もあります。

"The software team at my client's company was struggling to complete their new product on time. As the project manager, my client knew he needed to improve communication across functions. He started weekly check-ins where engineering, design, product and marketing all presented updates and issues. This exposed dependencies between teams. For example, when engineering outlined a complex new feature, product argued it didn't align with goals and design flagged UI challenges. Rather than pushing back, each team offered suggestions to solve the other's problems.

This collaborative approach helped teams understand different perspectives. When later design presented mockups, engineering asked thoughtful questions about underlying assumptions. They found ways to simplify the feature while still meeting user needs. Similarly, when marketing had concerns about the launch date, product and engineering worked together to identify what could be cut or delayed without compromising the vision.

By the next check-in, dependencies were untangled and teams made better decisions together. Managers saw improved morale as people felt heard and helped each other. The transparent discussions gave confidence that the product was on track when minor issues did arise. In the end, my client's company launched their new software ahead of schedule with rave reviews. Regular cross-functional check-ins had fostered collaboration that eliminated silos and ensured project success."
