“Get Over” Hi!  Let’s explore the phrasal verb “get over.” It has two main meanings. First, to recover from something, like an illness or a breakup. For example, “It took me weeks to get over the flu.” Second, it can mean to accept or move past something difficult. 
“She couldn’t get over how amazing the concert was.”

Today, let’s “run into”… “run into”.
 
To *run into* someone means to meet them by surprise.

Maybe you’re sneaking out for a late-night treat, only to “run into” an ex at the bar.

Awkward.

But it’s not just people—you can also “run into” issues, like “running into” last-minute work emails when you’re ready to unwind.

Basically, whether it’s unexpected people or problems, you never know when you’ll “run into” something.
