Сегодня мы слушаем и читаем статью про выученную беспомощность - загадочный и опасный феномен, приводящий к тому, что человек перестает бороться за что-то в своей жизни и опускает руки, не предприняв даже попыток изменить своё положение к лучшему. 
Выученная беспомощность проявляется в таких мыслях и фразах:
«Не жили богато, не стоит и начинать»;
«Мне все равно не увеличат зарплату, поэтому я не буду об этом даже просить»;
«У меня никогда ничего не получится»;
«Очень хочется научиться танцевать. Но я не буду — у меня же таланта нет»;
«Мы все равно ничего не решаем».
