最近、オフィスに　新しいメンバーが　きました。「佐藤さん」という　３０代くらいの　女の人で、とても　明るい感じの人です。

うちの　オフィスは　男の人だらけです。だから、「早く　仲良くなりたいなぁ」と　思いました。それで、まず　話しかけてみました。それから、昼休みに　ランチに　誘いました。そして、仕事の　帰り、駅まで　一緒に　歩きながら、話しました。

今、一緒に　働くのが　とても　楽しいです。ときどき、カフェで　おしゃべりします。それも、嬉しいです。

“I think one of the most pleasant surprises i had in recent memory would have to be a wonderful surprise i received from my parents about two years ago. It was on my 20th birthday, and I remember at that time I wasn't able to go home to celebrate as I had some important exams coming up in college, and I was actually feeling a little homesick. 

The day started like any other day, and it really didn't feel like my birthday, but then out of the blue I received a message to go to the mailroom as there was a package waiting for me. I quickly went to find it, with great anticipation, wondering what it might be. 

It was a box, neatly wrapped with a birthday card stuck  on top, which I opened first. The card was from my parents wishing me a happy birthday, saying how proud of me they were and hoping I would like the gift. I now really couldn't  wait to see what was inside the box, and opened it right there in the mailroom. I was blown away by what I found inside the box, and really couldn't believe my eyes, when I discovered the laptop of my dreams. 

I was absolutely dumb struck to receive such a wonderful surprise, and was over the moon with joy. I immediately phoned my parents to express my happiness and appreciation for such an amazing gift………. words actually failed me when my mother answered the phone, but of course she understood how happy I was.

我爱月夜，但我也爱星天。从前在家乡七、八月的夜晚在庭院里纳凉的时候，我最爱看天上密密麻麻的繁星。望着星天，我就会忘记一切，仿佛回到了母亲的怀里似的。 

三年前在南京我住的地方有一道后门，每晚我打开后门，便看见一个静寂的夜。下面是一片菜园，上面是星群密布的蓝天。星光在我们的肉眼里虽然微小，然而它使我们觉得光明无处不在。那时候我正在读一些关于天文学的书，也认得一些星星，好像它们就是我的朋友，它们常常在和我谈话一样。 

如今在海上，每晚和繁星相对，我把它们认得很熟了。我躺在舱面上，仰望天空。深蓝色的天空里悬着无数半明半昧的星。船在动，星也在动，它们是这样低，真是摇摇欲坠呢！ 

渐渐地我的眼睛模糊了，我好像看见无数萤火虫在我的周围飞舞。海上的夜是柔和的，是静寂的，是梦幻的。我望着那许多认识的星，我仿佛看见它们在对我霎眼，我仿佛听见它们在小声说话。这时我忘记了一切。在星的怀抱中我微笑着，我沉睡着。我觉得自己是一个小孩子，现在睡在母亲的怀里了。 

有一夜，那个在哥伦波上船的英国人指给我看天上的巨人。他用手指着：那四颗明亮的星是头，下面的几颗是身子，这几颗是手，那几颗是腿和脚，还有三颗星算是腰带。经他这一番指点，我果然看清楚了那个天上的巨人。看，那个巨人还在跑呢！

我的家
6月1号，星期三，天气很好。
我是一只小猫，我的名字叫“小九”。今天，我的爸爸在商店看见我，带我回家了，我的新家在中国北京。家里有三口人，爸爸、妈妈、他们的孩子，还有一只大狗。
在我的家，桌子上有电视、电脑、水果。我喜欢在沙发上睡觉。每天上午八点，爸爸妈妈去工作，孩子去学校。下午两点，我和妈妈一起去医院，医生是个漂亮的小姐，她常常给我苹果，可是我是小猫，我不喜欢苹果，我喜欢鱼。 
今天天气很热，我很想睡觉。孩子在做作业，他每天有很多的作业。明天，妈妈要和朋友去饭店，我也想一起去。

Paradoxical intention is a therapeutic technique, primarily developed by Viktor Frankl, that involves intentionally doing or wanting the very thing you are trying to avoid. 

The idea is to break free from the anxiety or fear that fuels the unwanted behavior or symptom.

Here’s the core concept:

The Problem: You’re struggling with a particular issue, and the more you try to fight it, the worse it seems to get..
