二度寝

最近になって、日本も寒さを感じる日が多くなってきました。私は特に寒さに敏感で、外に出るときはもうカイロを使っています。冬になるとコンビニや100円ショップ、スーパーなどどこでもカイロをを買うことができます。日本人は小学生の頃から使っている人が多いと思います。（さすがに今使ってる人は少ないかもしれませんが、真冬には大活躍します。）ヨーロッパやアメリカでカイロは登山グッズとして分類されているようで、身近な商品じゃないと知ったとき、とても驚きました。ヨーロッパやアメリカの都市の中には私が住んでいる町よりも寒い都市がたくさんあるのにカイロがないなんて、なんて不便なんだろうと思いました。

そして、寒くなってきたのでなかなか布団から出られません。夏は毎日6時に起きて勉強していたのに今は7時から8時過ぎに起きることが多くなりました。自分で非生産的だと分かっていても布団の誘惑に負けます。来月には暖かい国に行くつもりなので、また6時に起きて勉強する習慣を復活させたいですが、しばらくは7時以降に起きる生活が続きそうです。

更に悪いことに二度寝もしてしまうんです。二度寝は一度起きたのにもかかわらず、また寝ることです。私はよく、一度起きて勉強してからまた布団に戻って30分から1時間半くらい寝てしまうんです。頭がすっきりしてとても良いんですが、午前中に二度寝してしまうことが多いので時間を無駄にした気がします。
