日本の食卓（しょくたく）事情（じじょう）

私にとって夕食（ゆうしょく）の献立（こんだて）を考（かんが）えるのは、苦痛（くつう）だ。日本人（にほんじん）の食卓は「一汁三菜（いちじゅう　さんさい）」が基本（きほん）だ。「一汁」は汁物（しるもの）を１品（いっぴん）、「三菜」はおかず３品（さんぴん）を意味（いみ）する。料理（りょうり）が好きじゃない私からすると「一汁」は作るが、「三菜」も要（い）らないだろうと思う。私は頑張（がんば）っても“一汁二菜（にさい）”しか作らない。献立を考えるだけでも面倒（めんどう）くさいのに、自分（じぶん）で食材（しょくざい）を買（か）って切（き）って調理（ちょうり）して…。もっと楽（らく）にご飯（はん）を食べたい！と思う私は相当（そうとう）な怠け者（なまけもの）なのか？

Aujourd’hui, on revient aux racines du thé, profondément ancrées dans la culture chinoise. À l’origine, dans le Yunnan, le thé n’était pas une boisson de confort : c’était une herbe médicinale, cueillie pour apaiser, soigner, rééquilibrer. Avec le temps, la Chine en a fait un véritable art, du thé vert et oolong du Fujian aux thés rouges ainsi que les thés noirs du Yunnan, chacun façonné par des techniques précises : oxydation, torréfaction, fermentation.
De cet héritage est né le Gong Fu Cha, un rituel raffiné qui met en valeur la complexité des feuilles et la maîtrise du geste.
Avant de se répandre dans le monde entier, le thé a d’abord été une histoire chinoise : une plante, une médecine, puis un art transmis de génération en génération. Aujourd’hui encore, chaque tasse garde un peu de cette profondeur millénaire.

はい、こんにちは。今回はポッドキャストの13回目です。まだ５月ですが、朝や昼の日差しが強くなってきました。手術の傷は塞がってきました。まだ運動はできません。午後にダンベルとスクワットをしてみたら、途中でお腹が痛くなってきたのでやめました。髪が伸びてきたのでそろそろ切りたいです。先週大学のクラスの申し込みを終わらせました。

Hello, this is episode 13 of season 2 of my podcast. It's only May, but the morning and afternoon sun is getting stronger. My surgical wounds have healed. I can't exercise yet. I tried to use some dumbbells and do some squats in the afternoon, but my stomach started hurting halfway through, so I had to stop. My hair is getting long and I want to get it cut soon. I finished registering for university classes last week.

今日は久しぶりに買い物に行きました。買い物といっても、オンラインで買おうと思っていた服を試着しに行っただけなので、実際に買い物をしたわけではありません。街には観光客や若い人がたくさんいて、平日なのにとても混んでいて驚きました。そういえば今日はゴールデンウィークでした。どこの店もセールやキャンペーンをしていました。買おうと思っていた服は写真のイメージと違ったので、他のにすることにしました。家に帰ってから、綿のパンツとTシャツをオンラインで買いました。

Today I went shopping for the first time in a while. I say shopping, but I just went to try on some clothes I was planning to buy online, so I didn't actually do any shopping. I was surprised to see so many tourists and young people in the city and it was very crowded even though it was a weekday. That reminds me, today was Golden Week. All the shops were having sales and promotions. The clothes I was going to buy were different from the image in the picture, so I decided to buy something else. When I got home I bought some cotton trousers and T-shirts online.

そういえば最近の授業で、日本語の「パンツ」のアクセントの違いについて話しました。日本語でパンツというと、ズボンと下着の二つの意味があります。私が今言っているのは、ズボンのほうのアクセントです。下着のアクセントは、パンツです。パンツ（上昇）とパンツ（下降）です。現代人が普段着ている服は西洋文化のものなので、日本語でもほとんどがカタカナです。それに合わせて、服の素材もカタカナで表現することが多いです。たとえば、「綿」や「麻」は、「コットン」や「リネン」と表記されていることがあります。どちらも同じ意味です。私は綿の服が好きです。
