内卷. The word 内 (nèi) means "inside," and 卷 (juǎn) means "to roll." Together, it looks like something is "rolling inward."
But in real life, 内卷 describes intense competition where everyone tries harder and harder, but the effort doesn’t lead to real progress. Instead, people just get more tired and stressed.

Я играю в шахматы уже 25 лет, и научил меня этому мой дедушка. Он был отличным игроком и всегда делился со мной своими знаниями. Я помню, как мы сидели за шахматной доской и обсуждали разные стратегии. Это было очень интересно!

Когда я немного подросла, я начала ходить в шахматный клуб. Там я встретила много людей, которые также любили эту игру. У меня был тренер, который помогал мне улучшать свои навыки. Он учил меня новым тактикам и стратегиям, и благодаря ему я стала лучше играть.

Я также участвовала в турнирах. Это было волнительно и интересно! Каждая игра давала мне новые уроки и опыт. Я научилась не только играть, но и справляться с эмоциями, когда выигрывала или проигрывала.

Шахматы стали важной частью моей жизни, и я благодарна дедушке за то, что он научил меня этой замечательной игре. Я надеюсь продолжать играть и развиваться в шахматах еще много лет!

Как мы ходим в гости

It was dark, cold and wet. A strong gust of wind was carrying rain in through a broken window. Lightening had struck the window, which exploded and sent shattered glass all over the floor and desk.

Rain was pooling on Superman’s keyboard and he felt drops seeping into his deeper electronics. Severely uncomfortable electric shocks rushed through his body. Wires leading to his CPU had short circuited, preventing any serious damage. 

In response to the short circuit, Superman’s alarm system roared like a lion. It was a built-in feature which informed the user that internal damage had been done. 

“Superman!” cried his owner, who was sitting up in his bed, frightened by the lightning strike. The young man jumped up and ran over to the shattered glass to shield his laptop from the wind and rain. In such an emergency situation, the first thing the owner did was to turn off Superman’s power. He then closed the lid and covered Superman in some clothes so he could attend to the glass and broken window. 

That’s it! I’m done for! I’m dead! Goodbye my sweet owner, my sweet 
simulations! I’ll never again simulate the movement of microwaves through 
circuits and electrical components. My life’s work, my life’s passion, gone… 
Goodbye world… 

And with those final thoughts, Superman powered down into unconsciousness

By embracing new technologies, seeking feedback, and refining communication strategies, professionals can become masters of the virtual landscape, fostering stronger relationships and achieving success in today's increasingly digital business world.
