ええ、今日はよくある間違いで、い形容詞についてやりたいと思います。 
これは上級者でもよく間違えてるんですけども、じゃあ皆さん聞いてくださいね。
・高いじゃありません 
・安いじゃありません。
これは何が間違いかわかりますか。オッケー。正しくは
・高くありません。
・安くありませんです。 
オッケーですか？えー、じゃあもう1個辞書形の否定形、行きますね。
・優しいじゃない。
・ 怖いじゃない。
これも間違いです。これは本当によくある間違いです。正しくは
・優しくない。
・怖くないです。
オッケーですか？
えー、これを間違っていてもまあ日本人は、理解はできます。けど、うんんー、ちょっと、なんだろう(笑)。とても変な感じがします。いいですか？
 
じゃあちょっと練習しましょう。 えー、皆さんいいですか。私が”い形容詞”を言いますので、否定形にしてください。
・低い→低くありません
・おかしい→おかしくありません
・しつこい→しつこくありません
・面白い→面白くありません
・おいしい→味しくありません

＃1　い形容詞について（よくある間違い）

Hi! You’re listening to the 111 Tips for Learning a Language Podcast. This is episode 2. Relax and be in your comfort zone as I present to you today’s tip. Why do we learn a language? We all have our reasons. What is your main reason? Simply put what motivates you to learn this language? We all know what drives us to learn a language. Rarely though we capitalize on the main reason we are learning the language. For example I am learning French because I want to spend my summer vacations here. This is the main reason which motivates me to learn French. Once I am clear about my main reason for learning French, I will concentrate on tourist vocabulary phrases to practice informal conversation with the locals. I will learn simple sentences so that I can make friends with the French and be understood by them. Aspects of the French language like the technicalities of grammar and writing would not be important for now. Once I narrow down my learning motivation, I become fluent quicker in what I really want to accomplish in the first place. The first milestone of getting one aspect of the language done is the one which always inspires me to learn more. Think about it. What is your main reason for learning a language? Is it for the perfect holiday, work, leisure, cultural or business reasons? Concentrate on one scope and expand on that area first. Now, I will leave you to it. Working from home and avoiding the journey to and from the office is saving many of us at least an hour every day, according to a 2023 study.

But we're not always using that saved time for ourselves — we're actually spending a lot of that time working.

The US-based National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) did a survey that looked at how workers in 27 countries used their time when working from home.

On average, the daily time saved by working from home was found to be 72 minutes.

Workers in China saved 102 minutes per day, while in Japan it was 100 minutes, and in India it was 99.

But the study also found that, on average, 40% of that saved time was spent working — either on the worker's main job or on an additional one.

Workers in Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan said they used more than half of their saved time to work.

So what happened to the rest of that extra time?

According to the study, an average of 34% was used as leisure time — with people in Germany and Austria using almost half of their extra time for leisure.

And 11% — about eight minutes per day — was spent looking after children or other family members.

The NBER said children had gotten a better deal with parents working from home — but that the big winners were employers, who got extra work time from their employees.

Many of us know that learning a second language isn't easy — it takes a lot of time and practice. It can be very rewarding, but also very frustrating, so many people might not even think about trying to learn a third language.

But it may not be as difficult as you think.

In fact, many polyglots — that is, people who speak many languages — say that learning a third language is actually easier than learning the second.

But why?

One reason could be that, when learning a third language, you have a better understanding of different language structures.

When we learn our first language, as children, we don't really learn how the language works — we just naturally start using it.

But when you learn a second language, you start getting used to language structures, including ones that might be different from your first language. In some languages, for example, nouns are often either masculine or feminine — while in English, there's no such difference.

Learning these things in our second language often makes it easier for our brains to recognize different structures like this in other languages.

When you learn a second language, you also develop different skills, like memorization techniques. These skills can then be used when learning your third language, making the process faster and more efficient.

Finally, learning your second language might have felt scary at first, but you did it! This may give you more confidence when learning your third language, because you have more of an idea of what to expect.

If you'd like to learn a third language, it might be helpful to choose one that's part of the same language family as one of your other languages, because the similarities could make the process a lot easier.
