Research them online and prepare clear, concise responses that highlight your strengths and accomplishments.  Practice out loud to refine your delivery and ensure you come across as articulate and well-prepared.

4. Dress for Success:  First impressions matter, and your attire speaks volumes.  Research the company culture and dress accordingly.  A professional appearance conveys respect and demonstrates your commitment to the role.
