Unfortunately, that doesn’t help if you’re learning English in Britain and can’t understand half of what people are saying!

请原谅。qǐng yuán liàng. Please forgive me.
真不好意思。zhēn bùhǎo yìsi. I'm really sorry.
我不是故意的。wǒ bù shì gùyì de. I didn't mean it.
打扰了。dǎ rǎo le. I'm sorry to trouble you.
