오늘은 한국에서 집을 빌릴 때 흔히 사용되는 표현을 배워볼까 해요.
Today, we're going to learn expressions that are commonly used when renting a house in Korea

1. 저 전세집 구하러 왔어요. I came to look for a rental house that requires a lump-sum deposit. 我来组全税房。
2. 저 월세집 구하러 왔어요. I came to look for a rental house that require monthly rent payments. 我来组月租房。
3. 원룸 구하고 싶어요. I want to find a studio apartment. 我想找单间。
4. 투룸 구하고 싶어요. I want to fine a two-bedroom apartment. 我想找有两个卧室的房子。
5. 깨끗한 방 구하고 싶어요. I want to find a clean room. 我想找个干净的房子。
6. 혹시 방 좀 볼 수 있어요? Can I see the room? 可以看看房子吗？
7. 월세는 얼마예요? How much is the monthly rent? 月租是多少呢？
8. 보증금 얼마예요? How much is the security deposit? 保证金多少钱？
9. 중개 수수료는 얼마예요? How much is the agency fee? 中介费多少钱？
10. 가스, 수도, 전기, 인터넷비는 제가 따로 내야 돼요? Do I have to pay separately for gas, water, electricity, and internet? 水电燃气网络费需要我另外缴费吗？
11. 여기 관리비 있어요? Is there the maintenance fee?  这里需要交管理费吗？
12. 관리비 얼마예요? How much is the maintenance fee? 管理费是多少？
13. 계약은 어떻게 해야 돼요? How do I sign the contract? 合约怎么签？
14. 1년 계약해도 돼요? Can I sign a one-year contract? 可以签一年合同吗？
