No hay duda en que la cocina latinoamericana es un cúmulo de diversas influencias culturales a lo largo de mucho tiempo que le dan la riqueza y el gran sabor a los platos que nos representan. Sin embargo, muchos de las especias en América Latina, que se usan en nuestra gastronomía, constituyen la diferencia en relación con otras latitudes a nivel de cocina, y así como por ejemplo, la canela llegó al continente para transformar el sabor de nuestros postres, la vainilla constituyó el cambio radical en los platos dulces del viejo continente cuando partió de aquí. 
Hoy conoceremos especias y condimentos originarios, así como algunos de los más usados en Latinoamérica.

Number of unmanned stores have increased in my town.  They are not vending machines.  For vending machines, we have to pay at first and then we can get goods.  In unmanned stores, we pick up goods and put the money in the box.  No one is watching!  But！　

田舎のほうに行くと、よく　野菜の無人販売所があります。
それは、農家の人が　作った野菜などを　売るお店なんですが、
そこに　店の人はいません。　野菜が少しずつ　袋に入っていて、
値段が書いてあります。　すぐそばに、お金を入れる箱が置いてあります。
その野菜が　欲しい人は、書いてある金額のお金を箱に入れればいいのです。
誰もいませんから、払わなくてもわかりません。でも、たいていの人はちゃんと
お金を箱に入れて　買って行きます。

そんな無人販売所が、最近　町でも見られるようになりました。
でも、売っているのは　野菜ではありません。
わたしの家の近所で見かけるのは、冷凍餃子の無人販売です。
販売機ではありません。販売機はお金を入れないと商品は出てきません。
この冷凍餃子の無人販売所は、外から中が良く見えるように、ガラス張りの部屋になっています。そして、大きな冷凍庫があって、そこに冷凍餃子がたくさん入っています。
おつりがいらないように、値段は、２袋１０００円です。
冷凍庫から　その冷凍餃子を取り出し、室内に置かれている代金箱にお金を入れます。
田舎の野菜の無人販売所と違うのは、防犯カメラが設置されていることです。
でも、その場には誰もいませんから、盗もうと思えば簡単に盗むことができると思います。
お金の入った箱だって、簡単に持って行くことができるかもしれません。
私は　２回ほど　その冷凍餃子を買いに行きましたが、その無人販売所が荒らされていることはありませんでした。
ちゃんと商品が冷凍庫に並んでいて、お金を入れる箱もきちんとありました。
たぶん、店員がいなくても　みんな　ちゃんとお金を払って商品を買っているのだと思います。

冷凍餃子以外にも、スイーツの無人販売所を最近、見かけました。車から見たので、まだ行ってはいませんが、どんなスイーツが置いてあるのか気になっています。
