Stress exists whenever and wherever for everyone, but different people's feeling about stress are different. Stress usually comes from many sources. For example, children are often concered of their academic achievement, adults may worry about their marriage or living. Everyday, many people tries their best to reduce the bad feeling from stress. Someone succeed, others fail. Why someone can't reduce stress? I think that they don't make a change on a correct way. If education makes you feel stressed, but you choose to relax youeslf in a park, it's definitely result in making you feel more stressed. In that case, the best way of reducing stress is to study hard. Maybe at the beginning, you feel much more stressed, but everything postively changes until you find that stress disappears soon. If you can't support your family, you can't stay home , you should to look for a better job and work hard to earn more money. So, as for me, how to successfully reduce stress depends on what it comes from, then make a great plan!
